A whimsical Thanksgiving design adapted from an antique postcard image.
In the Year 1621 the first Thanksgiving was celebrated. When old tom turkey,
dressed in period pilgrim clothing discovered what was on the menu,
he grabbed a plump pumpkin and yelled to his fellow turkeys, "RUN!"
This wool applique design is finished off with an embroidery floss
tie on the pilgrim's collar and our 1894 Cottonwood House pumpkin
seed buttons. Finished pillow measures 10" X 16"
Wool applique pattern.  Photo credit: 1894 Cottonwood House.
